OEM Dye-Sub PBT volledige set keycap-set - Pixel Universe

These keycaps are so cool with the pixel design, colour way, and transparent sides. For the price they are unbelievably good value.

I bought these to replace the stock Double-shot OSA PBT keycaps that came on my Q5.

The Q5 was my introduction to a high quality keyboard with nice keycaps. I did not hate the keycaps that came installed, in fact I grew to like the feel of that profile quite a bit. My experience with that "stock" Q5 keys led to me getting one of the yellow Q1 models for my daughter, a decision that I am still pleased with.

The shape of the OSA keys took me a bit to get used to, but after the adjustment period I came to find it to be very natural feel to rest my fingers on.

I am still getting used to the OEM profile of these keycaps, as I received them today... but the surface definitely has a more pleasing, rough texture compared to the stock keys... A texture I was honestly expecting when researching PBT keycaps.

They feel to be very high quality and upon inspection during installation, I found no immediately apparent manufacturing defects.

If these keycaps had an OSA profile I bet this review would be screaming for the option to make it 6 stars, but I can tell that would have been quite difficult to manufacture. With how the semitransparent sections are pressed to the solid sections there's a distinct separation that any other profile may have not been so effective with.

I love the look of these, and the 3 sides of semitransparent PBT are quite unique when compared to other caps, such as pudding tops.

Overall I'm quite pleased with these. They feel high quality, have interesting designs, and are unique in how they appear to be manufactured.

Great keycaps for the price. Love the retro pixel theme.
